About this product

  • Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore's office to pick up and return your device during opening hours

  • uCloudlink Singapore’s office will be closed on 23-27 Jan 2020
  • For bookings between 22-30 Jan 2020, the last day of device collection will be on 22 Jan 2020, from 09:30 to 18:30
  • uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays
  • The voucher is valid only 1 business day from the date specified

Drop-off/return Information

  • Your device will be available for pick up 1 business day before date selected and is due for return 1 business day after arrival

Surcharges

  • Additional Days: SGD20 per day
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD100
  • Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
