- Devices not supported - Carrier-locked phones, Apple watches, iPhone XR, XS, and 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 models purchased in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. iPhone with 2 physical SIM card slots. Samsung S20, S21, and certain series models originate from the USA and Hong Kong. Certain Samsung devices from Canada. Pixel devices purchased in Australia & devices on Android Q Beta versions. Please get in touch with your local carrier/local device brand store to ensure your devices are eSIM capable

Important Notes
- Please ensure that you have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device, and travel itinerary is confirmed
- Data plan validity starts immediately when eSIM is installed (Expiry date - 45 days from the purchase date)
- You may install eSIM before traveling (before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- All data plans (4G/3G speed) will thereafter follow unlimited data under *FUP for the duration of the validity plan
- eSIM can only be installed once. DO NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation
- You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device
- Data speed varies depending on the country and location

- Go to settings > Mobile Data > Tap Add Data Plan > Install eSIM > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Custom Label your eSIM (Destination) > Set Default line as 'Primary' to receive calls/messages > Set Mobile data using eSIM > Update Access Point Names (APN), if needed > Installation is completed!

Android Instructions
- Go to settings > Network/Connection > Tap Sim Card Manager > eSIM > Add mobile plan > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Scan Carrier QR code or Retrieve QR from file or Enter code instead > Custom Label your eSIM (Destination) > Installation is completed!
- When you land > Turn on (eSIM)> Mobile Data Select eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming

really easy to use, I bought it literally asi boarded the plane from London and received the QR code by the time I landed, and was easily able to install at the airport!
many places not working. it’s best to buy at the airport. cheaper too. I am not sure if it’s because the places I go is too deep inside or what but dialog seems to be better option.
Works great but local Sims sold at airport provides much better value. I guess the advantage is preloading and without needing physically swaps cards but at this current price it is debatable.

Catastrophic. It was advertised as having unlimited service, but in reality, the network becomes unusable after 8GB. I'm very disappointed that this type of product is allowed to be sold on the platform, especially since it's the only one available for Sri Lanka.
Absolute scam! Selling an ‘unlimited’ data SIM card that only has an 8gb allowance is false advertising and a complete misuse of the word unlimited! I can’t believe this hasn’t been picked up before and I am hugely disappointed with the customer service from Klook in resolving this matter. Avoid!!
Doesn’t work at all for Sri Lanka. I landed in Colombo and set eveything up (not my first e sim) but it’s not a local sim. It’s a Hongkong Hutchinson sim that somehow is supposed to work via data roaming in Sri Lanka. Don’t get it! Just get a normal SIM card at Colombo airport for 30 GB that’s about $6!

I was able to use it without any connection issues during my stay. I deducted stars because the instructions were only in English, which made them difficult to understand, and because it was expensive. It's a good option for those who want to prepare in advance.
it’s a scam never buy. eSIMs are way cheaper in airport . this doesn’t work.not unlimited as advertised , only 8gb that too horrible connectivity . klook should remove it .
