About this product
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop

Activation procedure
- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 30 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: After the device is connected, data usage and country name will be shown on the screen
- Step 3: Press the power button once to display the SSID and password
Drop-off/return Information
- Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
- Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient
- Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
- Return to Indomaret minimarket:
- Inform the cashier to make a package delivery. Cashier should choose "Pengembalian Paket Partership"

Delivery information
- Delivery is available within Bali city limits only
- Your portable wifi will be delivered to your hotel or accommodation in Bali on the selected date you chose on Klook
- The price shown already includes the delivery fee
- Please enter your hotel name and your hotel's reservation name at the checkout page. The hotel reservation's name is essential so the hotel's front office staff would receive the portable wifi package
- Please note: airport pick-up is not available for this activity, but your portable wifi will be delivered to your hotel address
