Hi, we are a group of 3. We just experienced skiing at Eden Valley. We booked a tour which included ski equipment and a teaching guide. Our guide, Justin, is nice and patient, big applause. Other from skiing, you can try snowboarding or other activities. Here we were taught step by step so don't worry if you are a beginner. They also sell food and snack upstairs. In conclusion, Eden Valley is a worthy site if you want to experience skiing and more.

It's a very worthwhile experience to participate in, with reasonable prices. The tour guide contacted us via email the day before, which made customers feel very reassured. The meeting point is also very convenient, very close to the subway station. The instructor was also very patient in teaching skiing techniques, and the practice area is very suitable for beginners.

This trip is very worthwhile. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 There were over 30 people in our group and four instructors in total: Branden, John, Gon, Justin. All four instructors were very kind and taught snowboarding and skiing respectively. I booked snowboarding this time and didn't originally purchase a lesson. Luckily, there weren't many people today, and there was still space to join a class. My instructor was John, and the lesson lasted about one to two hours. The instructor was very professional and attentive to all the students' situations. He was also very encouraging, so I learned quickly. After the lesson, there were about three hours left to play. I had a lot of fun and was very satisfied. 😌😌

Great experience overall! Everything was well organized from start to finish. The guide was friendly and helpful, the itinerary was smooth, and the transfer was comfortable. Equipment and clothes were well prepared, making it easy to enjoy skiing without worries. Highly recommended.

Two six-year-old boys couldn't sign up for ski lessons, so they chose G-sleigh, which only included transportation, snow tubes, and playing in the snow, and didn't include ski suits or equipment. However, Kelvin, Cindy, and Charles provided attentive care, which made me feel very safe and relaxed during this trip. The kids had a great time too and fell asleep as soon as they got on the bus!

No matter what problems we encountered, he immediately helped us deal with them. For example, when the sled had a problem, he helped us take it to be replaced immediately, not afraid of trouble at all. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication, allowing our family to leave behind very good skiing memories. This was really a safe and happy one-day trip.

For a first-time skiier, this was an amazing experience. Shoutout to guides Nick, Victoria and Jin, the whole team of guides made everything super smooth from start to end. Before going up the chairlift, I had a 1-hour ski lesson with Nick and he was really patient and clear with instructions. Thanks to him by the end of the lesson i was able to master the basics. Afterwards, I took the chairlift up to the top and did multiple runs. Fell a few times, but slowly improved after each run. Overall, it was a really fun experience! Great instructors, and it was a really well organized trip.

Today was just sledding, but Juna unexpectedly took so many photos and videos of me and the kids. She also cared about our needs. The service was really great. Kelvin was also a very enthusiastic instructor. We had a lot of fun today, and the kids fell asleep as soon as they got in the car. We'll come back next time to learn snowboarding. Highly recommend the four service staff members today. They deserve a five-star rating!
