  • Please note that pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period - any extra days will be charged at the original retail price

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay the HKD500 deposit (Cash/Credit Card)
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!

Return Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher when return the device to the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay for any extra days used
  • If everything is in order, you'll be returned the full HKD500 deposit

Cancelation

  • No cancelation or refunds after booking confirmation
  • To reschedule pick up date (with 72 hours notice, subject to availability), please contact UROAMING customer service hotline: +852 2588 5888 (daily 6:30am-7:30pm)
  • Pick up can be rescheduled to any date before 29-Feb-2016 (during special promotion period). You will be charged for the dates you book if you do not notify us of any rescheduling requests

Very reasonable price due to the promotion. Convenient pick up and drop off point. Unfortunately, the device did not work so well at my location. If you are planning to the country during the last week of month, you may be restricted for using the internet due to the Fair Use Policy! that is exactly my situation since they did not give me a proper reply of not functional device.
