Booking Requirements
- Free child seats are not provided. A maximum of one paid child seat is allowed per vehicle.
- Child seats occupy 1.5 seats.
- Drivers only speak basic English. Offline customer service is available in English. Please contact the number indicated on your voucher if necessary.
- Additional waiting time must be notified to the driver in advance and is subject to availability. The driver may leave immediately after exceeding the free waiting time.
