Additional Information:

  • WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
  • There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use the device for more days than you originally booked, you will be charged for the extra days when you return the device at the original retail price
  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
  • You will be charged for the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
  • The data carrier for this product is CSL/3
  • If the 500 MB daily data limit (fair use policy) has been reached, the speed will be capped at 2G

  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity

  • For rescheduling enquiries and troubleshooting once you receive the device, please contact UROAMING customer service

Pick Up And Drop Off Location:

Hong Kong International Airport Service Counter
  • Pick up the device on your DEPARTURE DATE at the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
  • Location: Counter A03, Arrival Hall, Level 5, Terminal 1, HK International Airport (open daily: 6:30am-11:00pm)
  • Drop box for returning devices available after 11:00pm
  • Please be advised that you will only be able to pick up your device during opening hours
Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pick up the device on your DEPARTURE DATE at the Mongkok service counter
  • Location: Unit 1301, 13/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Rd, Mong Kok (open daily from 10:00am-8:00pm)

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter or the Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pay the HKD500 deposit via credit card. You card will be placed under credit card authorization hold. Please note that only credit card transactions will be accepted unless you book the device for more than 10 days
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!

Return Process:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay for any extra days used
  • If everything is in order, you'll be returned the full HKD500 deposit
  • If you arrive at the airport returns desk after 11:00pm, a drop box service is available. You will be returned your deposit to your bank account within working 7 days.
  • Please note: You must inform the team that you intend to use this drop box service and leave your bank details when you pick up the device
Cancelation Policy
  • No cancelation or refunds after booking confirmation
  • To reschedule pick up date, please contact support@klook.com. Rescheduling requests will only be accommodated with 72 hours notice and are subject to unit availability

    Work very well, but only 1 gig a day, when you have to us online Gps map, YouTube, email, messenger, etc, not much use

    Perfect stuff to buy from klook, no trouble in using it, no trouble in returning either! 100hkd deposit when you buy this, but gets refunded as you return!

    I always have to restart the device probably because of the 500mb limit per day that’s why it’s slow. If your staying in Hong Kong for more than 4 days, it would be bettee to buy the sim. Same price of 500HKD with unlimited net for 10 days.

    Helpful to get connectivity once we reach airport. was useful roaming around without purchasing a new sim card. i was expecting a klook kiosk at airport to receive the dongle, but had to go to the address mentioned. would have been better if @klook mentions the kiosk name to collect dongle. apart from this, everything went absolutely fine. did not face any coverage or connectivity issue during my trip

    The reason I purchased wifi during our 4 day trip is because we don’t know anyone in HK so we will rely on the internet for directions. It was never mentioned that once you hit the cap, your internet will be gone and will only resume function after 12am. I travelled with my 5 yr old son and wife and you could imagine our dismay when this happened and we had to keep looking for free wifi to be able to move to our next location. Update your description and fine print!
