- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
- WiFi devices are generally in stock. In the rare case that none are available, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance via email
- A deposit of HKD 500 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

- This particular service is only provided for Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau
- If fully charged, the device can be used continuously for 4-6 hours. It is recommended to carry a portable battery charger to recharge your device on the go

I am giving it a five-star rating, although the connection was not great, but it is acceptable. Upon arriving at the airport, you must go to a16 in the arrivals area. It is easy to spot. You just need to read the signs and locate it. There is also a part where you can use the device. It is very easy to operate. You just have to give it and take it back. That is all. The problem is it keeps refreshing the device I was given. I am not sure if it is the device itself, but it keeps refreshing and disconnecting. I do not know if it is the device itself.
Amazing service both in Hong Kong and Macau! Very easy to claim - just show QR, passport and HKD 500 deposit (card/cash). To return just drop in booth box. No complicated set up required, just turn on input pw and use; charge when needed. Overall battery lasts for long time.
The pocket WiFi worked well in Hong Kong and Macau. Pick-up and return were fast and hassle-free. Just make sure to charge it overnight, as the battery drains quickly when used for the whole day.

I used to always reserve Wi-Fi in Japan, but recently it's become so expensive that I thought it was too much. I found out you can rent it locally in Seoul, and I wondered if the same was true for Hong Kong. And sure enough, it was! Plus, it was cheap! I was a bit worried about the location since I don't speak English, but I managed. I'll definitely use this service again. As other reviews mentioned, I didn't need to charge it while I was out. Battery life is amazing can last the whole day without turning it off when not in used. It works in Macao too.Downside is that we lost connection several times ☹️
