- The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date
- If you are between 18 and 20 years old and possess a valid regular motorcycle license, you are required to complete and sign a Consent Form of Legal Representative for vehicle rental. Please submit the form upon vehicle pickup.
- Document Type:
- Taiwanese travelers: Please present your Taiwan driver's license and ID card.
- Foreign travelers: Please present your original passport, a valid international driving permit from a reciprocal country (with the "A" category field stamped with authorization), and your original driver's license at the time of vehicle pickup. The rental company will verify these documents at pickup.
- Due to Taiwan law, car rental services are not available to driver's license holders from non-reciprocal countries (e.g., South Korea, Thailand, China). Only license-free electric scooters are offered. Please also note that electric scooters are limited to one rider, as per regulations.

- Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
- Helmets must be worn at all times.
- Please return the scooter to the original rental location.
- To protect the rights and interests of passengers, in the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents, please preserve the scene, immediately report the incident to the police, and do not settle with the other party privately. Also, immediately notify the rental company for assistance; otherwise, you will be liable for compensation.
- The renter (driver) must present their own valid identification. Do not lend the scooter to others during the rental period; the shop will only seek compensation from the renter for any issues that arise.

Renting a scooter was the funnest thing we did! We had to rent a electric bike because we dont have a motorcycle license. It looked just like a scooter but doesn't go as fast! It was perfect for this adorable island. YSRT was right in front of the pier. A big 4 story yellow building! I would highly recommend!
This time I made an appointment to pick up the car at Dafu Wharf on the Yanliu Line. The self-service pick-up process and return of the car were very convenient. The online service staff responded promptly. The price was affordable and the car was in good condition. It is worth recommending!
After arriving, you need to walk a short distance to get to the car rental office. You can mainly rent cars left on site. You can order a 125cc car but what you get is an electric car. The battery was replaced once during the trip, and it was quite sufficient!
The boss at the shop was very friendly and helpful. Some english can be spoken with him. The rental shop is right up the stairs from the ferry duty free shop. It was easy to redeem and the scooter was in good condition.

The service staff scored 100 points, but the motorcycle was really difficult to ride. It was difficult to press the accelerator when I loosened my grip. Then the whole bike had no shock absorbers at all. When I passed a pothole, I felt like my spine was about to break!
The car rental office is right next to the pier. Just walk up the stairs after getting off the boat. Choose a newer car model, which is easy to ride and has a large compartment. The gas has been filled up first, and you can just ride back when you return it.
Thanks to renting an electric motorcycle from "Yishun", I had a very happy and leisurely day trip to Xiaoliuqiu. This is the second time I rented it. I hope it will continue to be like this in the next two years.
It takes 5 minutes to walk from the pier to the shop. It is located in an inner alley. The staff is friendly. I rented an electric car. It was slower when going up the slope. It was very convenient to change the battery without paying extra. The car was also clean and well maintained.
