We escaped Dubai’s bustle and dove into the wild side of the UAE—exploring the striking Fossil Rock and iconic Camel Rock, then racing down the blazing red dunes on sandboards. Musthafa’s expert tips and encouragement had us laughing and confident every step of the way. The highlight? Cooling off in a natural pool at Wadi Shawka, nestled in the stunning Hajar Mountains of Ras Al Khaimah, where curious fish swam around our feet. Leader Rashid is very enthusiastic and punctual, takes good care of us, and the desert is very beautiful and special. I must go once in my life. It is recommended to participate. Reminders who want to swim must wear a more conservative bathing suit, which is more convenient for swimming in the local

great activity for family. we booked the tour when having a 18h transit in Muscat. the view was amazing. the tour guide explained really well and didnt mind for extra stop for photo when we passed by a spot with beatiful view

Both of Wahiba dessert and Wadi Bani Khalid were very exotic! Especially, the way to Wadi Bani Khalid was not hard against Wadi Shab and I could get there very easily.

We really enjoyed this day trip. Our guide - Saaid arrived promptly to pick us up and drove us safely for the 600km round trip in his clean, air conditioned Toyota 4x4. We enjoyed chatting to him along the way and asking him questions about Oman. The highlights were the dune bashing - which was great fun and got the adrenaline pumping and the swim at the wadi. Do pack your swimming costume and towel. We opted to swim longer and to have the pinnic lunch in the car on the drive home. Only suggestion - putting the drinks in a cooler box to try keep them cold - although the guide was happy to stop at a shop so we could buy some more cold drinks.
