I signed up for Kyoto Morning and Crafts Tour. Our tour guide was Yumi. she is a delightful and systematic tour guide who gave us good information about the places we visited. BUT, my family and I were very disappointed to find out that the visit to Kyoto Imperial Palace was not going to happen because it was closed on Monday - which is clearly NOT what is stated on Klook's mobile app!! It was clearly stated as being closed on Sat and Sun only. Please update your information KLOOK! This is a very bad mistake. To make things worse, there was also no offer to replace the missed visit to Kyoto Imperial Palace with another attraction, which I think is unfair as I paid $540 dollars for my family of four. Transport back from the Handicraft Centre is also on your own, so please make sure you have enough spare change for bus ride or buy your one day bus pass before this Morning Culture and Craft tour.

Great tour! Highly informative. The kids loved the crafts activities. Imperial Palace was very impressive and well preserved.

Good tour that touched on most of the big sites in Kyoto. Felt a little rushed, but there was quite a lot to cover. Recommended for travellers who don't have much time and are looking for a quick 1 day tour of Kyoto.

While I have been to Kyoto many times before, this is the first time (alone) with my two young children. Nijo Castle was really kid- friendly with its Nightingale floors and maze-like corridors. The palace grounds were awe-inspiring and the Golden Pavilion was incredibly beautiful. I would have liked to have been able to spend another 10 to 15 minutes in each spot - the tour felt quite rushed and there wasn't time for toilet stops built into the schedule, which can prove fatal for little ones. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and included lots of fun facts for the kids. The lunch stop was a little too long - we finished the lunch plate in ten minutes, Kyoto Handcraft Centre was a lot of fun. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids. The kids had a choice of things to make, and they all turned out beautifully. The Centre has the best range of Kyoto souvenirs at the best prices I have seen in all of Kyoto.

I really like the guide's explanation about the different places that we visited, the food given at this tour is typical from Japan. They also give you a lot of information of places that are frequently visited by tourist, how to get there and what to see on your stay in Kyoto, I really recomend this tour to all travelers.

This is a half-day tour, visit three Kyoto monuments, tour time is enough, the Japanese tour guide to explain the lively and interesting. Recommended to people who do not have much time or do not want to spend their time traveling by traffic.

Activities are reasonable and compact, very suitable for those who want to experience the travel of Kyoto. Especially the experience of handicraft center is very special, but also crazy to buy a lot of beautiful handicrafts.
