  • This particular service is only available for the USA, with device pick up and drop off at Hong Kong International Airport. For WiFi services in other locations, please see the individual destinations
  • WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that the device is sold out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
  • There is a minimum 5 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
  • The data carrier for this product is Vodafone
  • Please note: the WiFi device is cannot be used at Saipan, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Canyon, Glacier National Park, Highway No.1, and other remote areas

Hong Kong International Airport Service Counter
  • Pick up the device on your DEPARTURE DATE at the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
  • Location: Counter A03, Arrival Hall, Level 5, Terminal 1, HK International Airport (open daily: 6:30am-11:00pm)
  • Location: [Starting 1 July 2018] Counter A08, Arrival Hall, Level 5, Terminal 1, HK International Airport (open daily: 6:30am-11:00pm)
  • Drop box for returning devices available after 11:00pm
  • Please be advised that you will only be able to pick up your device during opening hours
Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pick up the device ONE DAY BEFORE your departure date at the Mongkok service counter
  • Location: Unit 1301, 13/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Rd, Mong Kok (open daily: 10:00am-8:00pm)
  • Please note that it will not be counted as an extra day when you pick up one day before departure

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter or the Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pay the HKD500 deposit via credit card. You card will be placed under credit card authorization hold. Please note that only credit card transactions will be accepted unless you book the device for more than 10 days (Union Pay, Electronic credit card will not be accepted)
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!

Return Process:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Center or the Mongkok Service Center
  • Pay for any extra days used
  • If everything is in order, your credit card authorization hold will be released within 7 working days
  • If you arrive at the airport returns desk after 11:00pm, a drop box service is available. Your credit card authorization hold will be released within 7 working days
  • Please note: For pick ups at HKIA, equipment billing is from the pick up date until the end of the return date. For pick ups at Mongkok, equipment billing is from the day after pick up (flight departure date) until the end of the return date

Cancelation Policy
  • No cancelation or refunds after booking confirmation
  • To reschedule pick up date (with 72 hours notice, subject to availability), please contact UROAMING customer service hotline (daily 10:00am-8:00pm)
  • You will be charged for the dates you book if you do not notify us of any rescheduling requests

    I mostly stayed in bay area, but connection was quite bad from time to time. Not a good value for the price. Probably I will not use again next time.
