The tour was good but rather rush for every destination ...find not sufficient time. The buffet at the handicraft center was good too. They do cater a few dishes for vegetarian like potatoes croquet, vegetable curry, vegetable pickles etc.The guide was very freindly and helpful. Overall is a good trip.

Tour guide told us that Kyoto imperial palace closed on Monday. It was not mentioned in the web site when I book. If the KLOOK booking site share this information, I would have avoided Monday. This is disappointing as The imperial palace is one of the key sight seeing place to visit.

A bit rush for some area and if you are those slowly want to enjoy the area, I don’t think this is suitable for you but overall I find it ok.

Nice tour. Very informative. The tour guides knew everything. They have lots of information about Japan and are very entertaining.

Very professional and punctual. There were heavy traffics in the Kiyomizu Temple, but they manage to take us back to Kyoto Station right on time. All venues are very interesting, especially if you're into history. Study the history of each place first so you enjoy the experience more! The guides were very polite and knowledgeable. You'll be in good hands.

Very good tour. Would recommend this if you really want a taste of Japan's rich history. Prepare for long walks though. Tiring, but worth it.

The time given for the tour is too short. End up we only know a bit a bit without really know the whole story. The ticket for child is burnt out for return to osaka if we decided to walk around after the tour in kyoto and return to osaka by ourselves. This is funny and unfair as we have paid for them. The reason is the regulation. only apply to child ticket and not adult ticket. The amount of money is small actually but feeling treated unfairly is more important. Please take a look about this matter. Other thing is okay. Thank you
