- Maya Bay will close every year in August and September due to nature preservation. We will spend longer at other spots for tours during this period.
- Tour schedule might differ due to weather and sea conditions. When big waves some spots cannot be visited, this is out of our control and we are not responsible for that as it is unpredictable.
- Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in monsoon season from May until December. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we will cancel and offer you to reschedule to another day or get a full refund.
- The local Thai captain in Phi Phi speaks very basic English, just enough to communicate about the tour.
- The Andaman Sea is rough and usually has big waves.
- You must arrange your own transport to Koh Phi Phi. An overnight stay is required due to limited transfers
