Often solely considered as a mecca for dedicated gamblers (the industry is seven times bigger than Las Vegas's after all), the eclectic beauty and European vibe of Macau are not to be missed. As the far-East's first European settlement, Macanese culture is strongly defined by the amalgamation of its Chinese and Portuguese heritage, resulting in the city's fabulous European architecture, delicious fusion foods, and generally far more relaxed vibe than its Hong Kong neighbor. Beyond this, Macau has a wealth of top attractions and UNESCO World Heritage Sites within close proximity to one another. See the top picks on this Macau day tour, including the dramatic façade of the Ruins of St. Paul's, pedestrianized Senado Square, the soaring heights of the Macau Tower and, of course, the city's world-renowned casinos in what is often referred to as ‘the Las Vegas of the East'.
Our guide Mario is really funny and shared so many trivias about Macau. He really does look after the group and was really organized. Lunch could have been better though.
The tour was very good and very well organized. Mr. Sisco was funny and professional and tried his best to keep everyones interest in mind. However, not happy with the drop off to hotel. Just like a guide had come to pick us up, while dropping also someone should have accompanied us. The driver disnt drop us at the main entrance of the lobby but insteas dropped us on the main road and we had to walk all the way. This was very unprofessional conduct.
Transfers are all in timing! We have a great tour guide - Cisco. He is very informative and look after the welfare of everybody. if I can make few suggestions, maybe the lunch timing should be earlier like 12-1pm as we managed to eat around 2:30 already. Itinerary wise, I would like to have more time in Venetian Hotel and not in the Macau Tower.
As in most tours, rushing to places for coverage. Good if you want to view as many places in a limited time. Arrangements between transfer is smoothly done.
The tour was very well organized and professionally executed by all staff involved starting from the online chat on Klook website to the driver for pickup and of course the tour guide for the day. Overall a very positive and enjoyable experience and we will definitely plan to use Klook again in the future and recommend to friends also.
