Excellent choice of hotel as it is convenient for guest to travel by train/bus and also walking 😆 Staff were friendly and jovial, Fast Check in within 5minutes ,Room Were very clean too. recommended to stay with them again. Until next time 😄😄😄

The experience with Carlton Hotel was amazing! Check in only strictly at 3pm but they allow for us to leave our bags at the counter while we head out for lunch. Best of all, they gave us free upgrade to a room with bathtub! They are very sweet to also prepare a small chocolate cake for anniversary. I only note in the comments section via Klook when booking, no mention during check in so I totally din expect they prepared this! Carlton also has a nice spa on level 5! Will totally consider coming back to Carlton Hotel again!

Overall experience was good. The staffs are friendly, they have helped us a lot, we (with my wife) reached early 2 hours ahead of the check in time. The reception took my phone detail and allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel while we can go to nearby shopping mall (just opposite of hotel) for our lunch. The reception will called once there's room available for earlier check in. It was raining, the reception asked me if we have an umbrella and lend to us one. We got an early check in at 2PM (room was available at 1PM but we were still hanging out in the shopping mall). The room is comfy, cozy and clean. There are so many restaurants nearby hence we didn't order any foods from the hotel. However, we had our breakfast at Cafe Mosaic (erm... the breakfast was not that great - versus price of that breakfast).

Didn’t expect that my birthday turn into a wonderful day. Receive a small cakes from the hotel staff. And greatly is that the staff was wonderful, friendly and yet super nice.. Thank you Carlton and Klook ! Garfield is lovely !

Great getaway over the weekend. Garfield items were a plus. The masks looks really pretty. Would be good if they had a package with breakfast included.

hotel is great although early check in was not possible. but the room was huge and the bathtub was great. room view was nice too!

2nd time staying at Carlton Hotel. Check in took about 30mins or so which is kind of slow but still bearable. Hotel room is nice and relatively spacious. Took the Garfield package which the kids love it. Kids pool is also great for young toddler which is definitely a plus point. Will definitely consider coming back in future.
