Häagen-Dazs Staycation at Shangri-La Singapore or Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore

Great deal! We had fun! Thank you Shangri la hotel for the small surprise with a cake for our anniversary celebration! Kids had fun at splash and buds! Our second stay and best service ever! Will book it again if there is a promotion.

Everything is excellent except that the room comes without a bath tub; cannot use bath bomb given in the Hagen Dazs themed package. It is a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday with my family. We all enjoyed the beach, swimming pool and buffet breakfast. The kids enjoyed the indoor playgrounds and Art & Craft. We had a great family bonding time! We will definitely go back again.

The Haagen Dazs staycation was a fabulous one. Many Haagen Dazs merchandise to bring back and you can never worry about desserts as the room comes equipped with a freezer with delectable Haagen Dazs ice-creams. The resort itself is unlike any other hotel as it is the only beachfront resort in Singapore. It is family friendly with many activities for kids. You can also play at the private beach or swim at the pool. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities and there is a also a balcony for you to relax and watch the sunset. Definitely a resort to stay in if you wish to unwind and relax away from the city.

Great stay with great view! Jennifer, the receptionist, had explained everything clearly and thoroughly to us upon check in. Shashi, the in-room dining in-charge catered accordingly to my needs when I couldn't travel to the breakfast point. Flexible and courteous.

Loving this place. Order dinner and the foods are great. The room is so comfy and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The ice-creams Häagen-Dazs are superb. Super satisfied with this staycation. Ended with a great flawless breakfast. And wife is happy bringing back home the Häagen-Dazs teddy bear.

The kids love the entire experience very much. The activities are fun and memorable for family. Water activities are great especially the kayaking and paddle boat rides. Swimming pools are very well-maintained and clean. Wonderful getaway from busy life and good family-bonding time. We enjoyed the ice creams very much too!

It’s a nice experience getaway. Kid love the swimming pool and we went everyday. She attempted the slide too. The service by the staff is super awesome too. Very nice experience. She had fun at indoor playground too.

great experience with 2 toddlers. we enjoyed the indoor playground (buds) and the outdoor water play area (Splash). it was also nice to stroll in the garden wing and the hotel's gardens. i appreciated the hotel's efforts to make the stay comfortable and surprising such as the complimentary fruits.

Amazing staycation here! the pool and sea view is just pure amazing! And hagen-daz ice cream is just fantastic! Clean and tidy room too! The hotel staff were friendly and amazing too! thanks once again!

Incredible stay with fun filled beach activities. Check when is the high tide as that's when the water level is suitable for sea sports. Breakfast was awesome too. Overall an enjoyable staycation.
