Amazing staycation experience with line friends theme room. My son is so happy that he got to keep all the merchandise! The complimentary birthday cake is beautiful too. Good view, impeccable service. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is clean, breakfast is awesome. Direct link to Marina Square, very convenient. Nice night view from our room. My daughter love it partly because of Line merchandise too! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Fantastic experience! Smooth check-in as Front Desk reallocate us a room that was immediately available. Great corner room away from the common corridor. With breathtaking view of the Esplanade! Kid was delighted with the surprise LINE Friends merchandise. Easy booking of facilities via a QR code in-room. Breakfast was smooth too though there was a long line of queue for each station. Our 2nd stay here in a year! Will surely be back! 😊

Would definitely recommend my family and friends to Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay if they are considering staycation! The staff is attentive that my Birthday is just a few days away and had sent me a Birthday treat to the room after we checked in! Very surprised and thankful for that!! Urban Room is spacious and with good view. Location is very convenient, just next to Marina Square and walking distance to other malls and attractions! Had a very happy experience and will make my next booking soon!

The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast was good and hotel ambient is fantastic with lovely music in a garden feel. Chinese Restaurant is a must try. room service is good too.

lots of cute thing from bt21 and line. the view was perfect and the meal is perfect also.

the merchandise made my kid soooo happy! arrived earlier so was not expecting my room to be ready yet, but it is! front desk staff was friendly and my request for a twin sharing room with bathtub was provided. nice surprise to get a pool view room that has a nice balcony. but they didn't know my reservation was under this LINE package and I had to remind them. Merch was send to my room later in a paper bag. wasn't sure if by default, it should be laid out instead. so I didn't really get the themed feel. buffet breakfast was semi automatic with staff scooping you items of your choice. pretty efficient and we get to have varieties rather than ordering from a fix menu.

Our 2nd time at the hotel since its renovation. Allowed to check in at 12pm with the late check out at 3pm. The plushies were really the highlight and served as a better pillow than the actual pillows. Toilet has a bathtub. Managed to book a night slot at the pool. View was not spectacular but pool itself was pretty. Breakfast was also alright, a mixture of Asian and western selections, could have more variety. Overall enjoyable due to the hotel’s prime location and we managed to skip most queues by heading over early.

Line Friends gift set was placed in room (though sticker pack as somehow missing). Pool and breakfast booking was smooth. Breakfast variety could be improved. But different waitresses seem to have different service standards (e.g. knowledge on coffee machine, serving of drinks etc)

Front desk was friendly and check-in was smooth.. but the only cons are, when we arrived at the room, we found a patch of stain on the round table that was not clean properly, fridge was not cleared properly as there was a half bottle of leftover alcoholic drink that was left by previous room guests, and body wash was empty, we contacted the front desk and they immediately send someone to fix the problem. But other than that, our stay with ParkRoyal was great! Will definitely come back in the near future.
