- Each passenger may carry 1 item of large luggage and 1 item of hand luggage. Any additional large luggage will be charged at EUR5 per item. Extra hand luggage will not incur any additional charges

Although driving is 10 minutes late, the overall experience is a great experience, and it quickly and smoothly arrives at the accommodation. Originally, it was only to be transported to a nearby hotel, but in the end it was sent to the accommodation. It was just me who was in this class. It was a good deal for myself!
The driver is very good! But because of my time delay, the local counter didn't have to help, and I waited for more than an hour! Finally, the driver has to come back again. The driver is very good and explains the local characteristics.
My flight was delayed for more than 6hours. I immediately informed Key Tours (travel agent) who was in charged for my Airport pick-up to my accommodation. I notified them more than 8 hours with proof my flight delay. I found out that the last trip was fully booked, so I demanded a refund. Key Tours said that they don't issue refund which is totally unfair!! I ended up taking taxi to my hotel and paid €40 for 20min drive!!!! I wish Key Tours can give a little more consideration during situations like this. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Really good service but wished they'd drop us in front of our hotel if we were going to pay same price as our hotel transfer. Best to ask first if the bus will drop you at your designated hotel before booking this!
quite disappointed! it shows that booking can be made at 7am..but got an email from the transfer can only be made by 9am and needed to cancel and asked for refund from klook..I didn't mind to wait till 9am and kept my booking. a confirmation email has been received. however, I kept waiting at the airport without anyone came to pick me up..I called the company several time and suffered what should I do..finally they sent a taxi. I wondered they hv missed my appointment

The driver was kind and received the initiative to help push the luggage. There was no unsatisfactory performance due to flight delay and missed schedule. The next shift will be arranged. It's a pity that there is a different pick-up per hour from klook. After the order is established, you will receive an email to inform you to wait for the driver to pick up the plane. However, the shuttle bus for the pick-up is every two hours. If you just missed it, you will wait for almost two hours. It is very inefficient to waste your travel time. Also not delivered to the designated hotel, but close, but also acceptable. We are booking a shuttle bus (cheaper), and the number of people may be arranged to take a 9-person minibus (except for me and my husband, only another passenger), feeling a little compensation. If the shift is not dense, it is very difficult to consider taking the next time. 6/26/2019 The schedule they ordered is 13:00, 15:00 and so on!
