    First of all thank you to our tour guide Pearl, she's amazing and making sure we're all enjoying the trip. Our driver who safely bring us back and forth. Manjuyod is a beauty and our lunch is sumptuous. We were not able to see dolphin for safety reasons (windy weather). Snorkeling was not that great because we didn't see anything below. Maybe look for a better spot. But overall it was a great experience.

What To Expect

Less than two hours away from Dumaguete lies a pristine, 7 kilometer stretch of premium white sand known as the Manjuyod Sandbar. Start your island escapade with an early hotel pick up and you'll soon be on your way to Bais for a chance to see majestic dolphins. If you're lucky, you may spot some pantropical spotted dolphins, bottlenose dolphins, and maybe even some long-snouted spinner dolphins! A friendly boat guide will then bring you to the Manjuyod White Sandbar, where you can picnic, swim, sunbathe or just chill out. Also called the Sumapao Shoal, the sandbar has an estimated 600 hectare total strip area, including the submerged portions. On the island you can find native wooden houses built on stilts, which look like they are floating on the sea during high tide. Shortly after noon, you'll hop back on your boat for a hearty lunch as you cruise back to Bais. You’ll surely be refreshed as you head back to your hotel after a fun-filled day of exploration.

  • 6:00am hotel pick up
  • Travel to Bais
  • 7:45am cruise to spot dolphins
  • 9:45am proceed to Manjuyod Sandbar
  • Swimming
  • 1:00pm lunch onboard
  • 2:00pm drive back to Dumaguete
  • 3:00pm hotel drop off

Additional Information:

  • Children below age 7 may join for free, however, no lunch is included. Lunch may be paid directly to the operator
  • A minimum of 10 travelers is required for this tour to push through. If the number is not met, you have the option to reschedule to a different date or receive a full refund. You will be contacted via email at least 2 days before your scheduled tour
  • Hotel transfers are limited to Dumaguete City. Additional surcharge will apply if pick up or drop off locations are outside of Dumaguete City. Operator will reconfirm the surcharge amount in advance
  • In case of extreme weather conditions, tour may be canceled upon the order of coast guard and full refund will be issued
  • No Sighting Policy: Dolphin sightings are natural occurrences subject to weather conditions and sightings are not guaranteed
  • Dolphin watching season is from March to October (subject to wind and weather conditions); during off season, tour will include the Manjuyod Sandbar only
  • Snorkel gears are available for rent at PHP150 payable directly to the operator

  • The voucher is valid only on the tour date and time specified
  • Pick up time: 6:00am
  • Please be in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
  • Please already wear your swimwear upon pick up
  • What to bring: towel and extra clothes
Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 72 hours prior to the activity

    We were not accommodated and until now, we havent received the refund. This is soooooooo dissapointing. Klook, emailed you several times but you did not respond.

    Introduce places along the guide and buy local snacks to share. On the return trip, I want to buy fruit. The guide took the fruit market and sent the anti-hotel guide. The driver smiled and served diligently.
