The tour guide, Harumi, was a lot of fun and insightful. She even taught us how to make cute and easy Mt Fuji origami. Weather was great and we were able to catch a great view of Mt. Fuji. Lunch was delicious as well. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Definitely recommend this tour.

This is a very wonderful experience. It is very convenient because everything is already pre-arranged. Our tour guide named TK spoke English very well. He was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately during our visit last February 4 the roads to Station 5 was closed because of possible landslides and slippery road. The tour guide quickly brought us to another park, Oishi Park where Mt. Fuji can be clearly seen. The ferry ride in lake Ashi was also fun. The ferry brought us to Hakone where we took the Ropeway to visit the small temple found on top of the Mountain. On the top you will also see a very spectacular view of Mt. Fuji.

We did not get to see Mt. Fuji from the viewing station due to bad weather but you will be able to see it while you are on the road. We still enjoyed the trip because of the beautiful landscape in Hakone and fun ferry ride across the lake. The tour guide is very informative about Japanese modern culture. If you are using JR pass, you can ride a bullet train on your way back to Tokyo.

Very good experience! Our tour guide Toko was very experience and she shared a lot of information and knowledge as we drove along the streets to our destination! The weather was great and we get to experience all the attraction in the itinerary!

Our guide, Toko-san, was very nice, fluent in speaking English and was knowledgeable in the history and story of each building and area in Japan. The bus ride was comfortable and though it was snowing and a bit foggy when we came to Mt.Fuji and Hakone, it was still beautiful. I can imagine how much more beautiful the places would be on a clear, sunny day! The lunch was also delicious. Would recommend this trip :)

The guide was really nice, sharing a lot of her knowledge about Tokyo with us during the bus ride. We were told that we got really lucky as we are able to see Mount Fuji almost the entire day at the places we went. We were abit disappointed in Hakone as the time were really limited and we are not able to explore more.

Didn’t get to go up Fujisan but we were taken to a park with a good view of the mountain and one of the lakes around it. The bus ride was also very comfortable. It’s definitely worth taking for a laid back day of touring.

Good tour guide. Well planned itinerary. Experience can be further improved though, with more coordinated boarding operations prior to start of day trip.

Our guide, Amy is so full of energy. I wonder how she managed to talk the whole 2 hours of travel and guide trek with us up and down Mt. Hakone. Giving 5 stars because of her.

Tickets were easy to pick up. There's a dedicated booth for tours in the Hamamatsucho station. Toko, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and talked us through significant sights through the trip. She communicated clearly every activity and expectations on the timings so there weren't any surprises. Clear skies in the morning so we had a good view of Fuji all through the bus ride. The afternoon on Hakone clouds started to form so we were only able to see the base of Fuji from there.
