What to expect
Learn how to make washoku—traditional Japanese cuisine—and together we'll cook four delicious, easy-to-make dishes. Each dish only takes about 20 minutes to create. There are plenty of complicated and time-consuming Japanese recipes, but you can learn ones that you'll use back home. When we’re finished, we’ll eat the food we prepared together.

Washoku - traditional Japanese cuisine is not only delicious, but also arranged beautifully, hygienic and healthy.

Saikyo-yaki is grilled fish such as salmon marinade with saikyo-miso.

Cooking Dashimakitamago (rolled Japanese-style omelette) with the instructor.
