Leaving a review for my fellow Koreans. Luggage is always a hassle with late flights, right? It's a pain to carry around, so heavy, and the route doesn't work to leave it at the hotel. So, I remembered using this service before and booked it again. I traveled so comfortably! But only being able to contact them via email was inconvenient. It would've been great if they had KakaoTalk or LINE. But the email replies were so fast, so it was okay. When I arrived at the airport, I went to International Terminal 3rd floor, Gate 2 at the designated time, but no one was there!!! When booking, I was worried about what would happen if they didn't come at the designated time or if it got lost, and it actually happened, so I panicked ㅠㅠ. I emailed them that I had arrived and was waiting, and it seemed like they only left then haha. So, I received it 30 minutes later than scheduled. I don't think there's a risk of loss, but please consider your arrival time at the airport and any potential delays when booking. Also, when leaving your luggage at the hotel, you need to send photos to the company at service@luggagent.com. At first, I replied to the booking confirmation email, but there was no reply. After searching my inbox, I replied to the most recent email address, and I got a reply right away! Please double-check everything and have a fun and comfortable trip.

Just one inconvenience: communication via email. A conversational app like WhatsApp would be sufficient, but communicating via email is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything is perfect. My luggage was picked up from the hotel at the exact scheduled time. It was already delivered to me 30 minutes before the appointed time at the airport. It would be great to have communication via an app. Emails arrive like this below. Every time there's a conversation, "Re:" is attached...

Since my flight was in the evening, I used this service to have my suitcase transported to the airport after checking out of the hotel. It was very convenient! It was written that a penalty would be incurred if I was 30 minutes late for the reservation time, so I moved while being aware of the reservation time, but in the end, the delivery side arrived quite late, and I felt that it was better not to expect on-time transportation like in Japan. I was only able to receive my luggage about 30 minutes after the reservation time. The communication with the operator via the messaging service was smooth and convenient!

I was worried because the reviews were from 2018 and 2019, but I was very happy with the real-time chat service and quick responses to company emails! I was supposed to pick up my luggage at +7, but I was worried when I received a call from the hotel saying my luggage wasn't picked up until 5, but I received it around 6:30! The pickup time is not 11 o'clock, but it seems like the driver starts at 11 o'clock! I think I will use it again the next time I go to Phuket!

The service was excellent! Easy to book, and reply from the company was prompt. On the day we checked out, communication and reply from the staff was quick as well. They updated us each step like when they got our luggages, when they arrived at airport etc. The instruction was clear to follow and very easy. Definitely we would choose it again in future!
