Hotel Location: Convenient and easy to find, connected to the Innovation Square shopping mall, and also close to the Hengqin Port, making it convenient to go to Macau as well. Service: Very good, always answers inquiries, and helps deal with situations. Bringing children and spending a little money to stay in a 5-star hotel is to avoid trouble. A quick trip with the kids for Christmas, including the Christmas buffet dinner & breakfast package, was really good. It was also convenient to buy an additional Christmas buffet dinner for children over 12 years old before 22/12. Adding breakfast on-site for just over a hundred was not expensive either. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Transportation Convenience: Very convenient for self-driving tours, with free parking. There are also charging stations in Zone C on the second basement level of the parking lot. The European standard charging stations can be found on the Gaode Map not far from the hotel. Even without self-driving, taking a taxi is very convenient. The shopping mall downstairs offers dining, entertainment (go-karting, Pocket House), and it's close to Chimelong/horseback riding/going to Macau.

The hotel rooms have ample space and good views. Close the curtains and it was dark enough the next morning. The toilet and shower are located separately and the tub is big enough for the kids to have a great time bathing. You can also choose to use a shower or ceiling shower. In terms of hotel facilities, there was an outdoor indoor swimming pool, which was cool that day, and the indoor pool, although thermostatic, was not too warm. There is also an indoor pool for children, however it is actually quite small, the water is very shallow, there are some balls and a duck for them to play, suitable for kindergarten children. The children play a place The fun camping place is not big, there is a small rope net, there are large and small block areas, there are two game machines for shooting guns/driving cars, there are marshmallows that can be made that day, the children are happy. It's enough to play for an hour. There is an outdoor playground, but the staff doesn’t seem to know much about this. In the end it didn't get there. The gym is quite large and comfortable, with quite a few machines to play with. Breakfast, I found very rich, variety is quite a lot, is hotel quality, feel hygienic. Unfortunately, although very close to a shopping mall, the shopping mall's facilities are really average, very deserted feeling, there is no need to stroll, unless you are going directly to those children's playgrounds. Also has Tesla charging, however did not try that day.

That's right. The greeting at check-in was already great. The room is spacious, and the toilet and shower room are separated, which is okay. For $3000, it included a Christmas Day buffet dinner for two adults and one child, with oysters, lobster, hairy crab, freshly cut bluefin tuna, a three-meter-long Christmas yule log cake... and it also included a buffet breakfast for two adults and one child the next day. There's nothing to complain about.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The front desk is polite and diligent. Knowing that this stay was for a birthday celebration, it was very heartwarming to send a birthday cake in the evening. Although the buffet dinner selection is not much, it tastes very good. I will stay here again next time

Hotel Location: Located right in the Novotown shopping mall in Hengqin, very easy to find. There are several outdoor parking spaces and plenty of underground parking, so you don't have to worry about rain. Breakfast: Very good overall, with plenty of seating. The taste is good. Cleanliness: The room is large and clean. The only thing that could be improved is that the toilet room has no window or ventilation fan, so if you have a bowel movement, the smell is strong.

The hotel lobby attendant, Tim, was very friendly and helped us arrange check-in. The whole process was very smooth, and the explanation was very detailed, giving us a very good first impression of your hotel. When the hotel saw the documents we provided at check-in and knew that someone in our party had a birthday, they were very surprised and specially sent a birthday cake for us to celebrate at night. They also thoughtfully provided candles and matches. The staff member who delivered the cake was called Ng Ming Bong, and his smile was very kind. The smile on his face made us feel the hotel's thoughtfulness towards us, making us feel very sweet, happy, and satisfied ♥️. We enjoyed dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and the food quality was acceptable. On the contrary, the breakfast the next morning surprised us with its variety and high food quality. Overall, the hotel gave us a very good feeling. The staff was very polite, and we felt their enthusiasm. Sincere praise 👏👏👏

Our three-day, two-night stay was thoroughly enjoyable, the kind where you can relax at the hotel without getting bored. Family-Friendly Facilities The hotel is very accommodating for children, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a reading room and game room. Kids can easily burn off energy here. My only minor suggestion is that it would be even better if the outdoor pool could stay open until night; a swim when the weather is cooler would be very relaxing. Room Experience The room was spacious with ample storage, making for a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning felt a bit weak; even set to 16°C (61°F), it still felt a bit stuffy, and I even sweated a little at night. I hope the hotel can improve the in-room air conditioning performance. Breakfast Buffet The breakfast was outstanding, with an overwhelming variety of choices. Both Western and Asian options were well-covered, ensuring something for everyone, adults and children alike. Staff were diligent in refilling dishes and provided excellent guidance, making for a top-notch service experience. Happy Hour Experience This was the most pleasant surprise of our trip! During the designated hours, drinks were unlimited, and the atmosphere was relaxed and not too noisy, perfect for catching up and chatting with friends. For a hotel of this caliber, it offered excellent value for money. Service and Attentiveness The front desk and floor service were both exceptional. They specifically arranged connecting rooms for us with an adjoining door. This allowed us to put the children to bed first and then relax in the adjacent room, which was a huge plus. Shopping Mall Amenities The shopping mall located below the hotel is large and new, and it also has play facilities for children. However, the overall foot traffic and density of shops weren't very high, making it feel a bit quiet when browsing. If you're looking for extensive shopping, you might need to adjust your expectations. Summary Overall, this is a fantastic resort hotel for families looking to unwind: the facilities are comprehensive, the breakfast and Happy Hour were delightful surprises, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. If the in-room air conditioning performance could be improved and the outdoor pool hours extended, it would be almost perfect. Three days and two nights was just right; there was no need to venture out much, as there was plenty to do and enough rest to be had right at the hotel.

The hotel shuttle bus goes directly to and from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge parking lot, which is very convenient. Ms. Eli at the front desk was friendly and polite, and explained the hotel facilities and services in detail, which is worthy of praise. The room was decorated elegantly and tastefully, and I was overall very satisfied.

The room was very spacious, and the air conditioning was sufficiently cold. The separate toilet and bathtub, creating a wet/dry separation, was excellent. However, we had to wait about half an hour to be seated for the breakfast buffet.
