Guide Song was incredibly efficient and professional. This suburban tour was the best day of our Seoul and Busan trip. I highly recommend the Alpaca World, and the rail bike was fantastic; the initial section was a bit thrilling, but along the way, you can fully immerse yourself in the natural scenery. Nami Island actually has a hotel, making it a very comfortable natural island. The car was very clean, and Guide Song also helped with pickup and drop-off and provided guidance on how to enjoy the attractions. We were able to rest well as soon as we got in the car. Thank you. The driver was very patient, helped with booking tickets and planning the itinerary. In the end, we only returned to Seoul half an hour later than originally planned (it's just that Fridays are prone to traffic jams). We caught the alpacas running down, which was very cute. The ice valley was very cold, and the strawberries were very sweet and delicious. We ate Chuncheon-style spicy stir-fried chicken outside Nami Island for lunch. Although the chartered car and tickets were much more expensive than a day trip, the time was more flexible.

Driver is on time and courteous. We asked him to drive slow and safe and he did. He also provided much good advice about time especially traffic jam was really bad in Seoul. We went to the Garden of Morning Calm and Petite France.

The driver, Mr. Song, was very friendly. He didn't talk much, but he bought the tickets for us, introduced and arranged everything properly. We didn't have to worry about the whole process. He also clearly indicated the pick-up and drop-off places. He would take the initiative to contact us the day before the one-day tour to discuss the itinerary. We went to the Alpaca Park, the subway, the bicycle and Nami Island (10 hours was not enough, the Alpaca Park was far away, so we paid for extra time in the end, mainly because we didn't want to be too early and too rushed, that's what chartering is!). It was my first time to charter a one-day tour through Klook. The overall feeling was good. Klook's partners are usually OK, which increased my confidence in the next booking.

We’re so happy that we were able to visit places that we wrote in our itinerary. Mr. Shin was our tour guide. He was really helpful for the entire trip and he was really kind. We really appreciate that he’s giving trivia to the destinations that we’re into. He was fun and we enjoy the whole trip for this tour. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect five-star review! I highly recommend our driver and guide, Allen Kim! Our family of six (including seniors in their 70s and two children) traveled together, and Allen took exceptional care of us throughout the trip. His vehicle was very spacious and clean, with excellent air conditioning, making it a perfect oasis from the heat. Our whole family absolutely loved Begonia Bird Park and the Rail Bike. Allen seamlessly handled all ticket purchases and transfers, perfectly timing everything so our elders didn't have to walk unnecessarily, and the children had a fantastic time. If you're looking for a private car tour in Korea for your family, he's definitely the one to choose – you can't go wrong!

highly recommend for a hassle free and relatively more flexible itinerary. we left the hotel at 7:30am (myeondong) then went strawberry picking. afterwhiwch we arrived at alpaca world ontime for the show. we stayed there for quite sometime because our toddler enjoyed visiting the different animals in the vicinity. then went to nami island and garden of the morning calm. we paid a little extra for the overtime.

Our family of 5 did a 10hrs car private tour. Driver 朴先生 is very punctual and very helpful The car is spacious and clean. Driver helped us buy tickets at the places of interests and drove safely. Our driver Chaeyon Lee was the best❤️ She was very accomodating before the trip up until our drop off. She even booked our entrance fees beforehand and even call the restaurants to cook our meal to save some time. She also initiated to take our pictures. Will book this next time when we go back in Korea. Very recommended❤️✨
