Delivery was done quite fast, but take note that there is delivery charges, overall it was good and the box is very pretty. The hotel members are quite responsive. Plus with the added voucher is a nice touch

Overall it is a good experience. The Mooncakes are good. The staffs are very responsive for the pickup arrangement, and able to provide alternatives for arrangement. It would be greater if Klook can provide the package with delivery option.
