• Receive your Covid-19 PCR swab test results in a timely manner and travel with ease
• Complete your supervised self-swab Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) over video consultation with Doctor Anywhere! Besides pre-departure from Singapore, Tele-ART is now accepted for travel from other countries into Singapore. Please check your eligibility from MOH website

In-Clinic Booking Procedure

• Please feel free to check the available appointment slots in the links before belore booking
• You will receive a Klook voucher after completing your transaction on Klook
• Please head to https://dacovidtesting.timetap.com/ (PCR swabs) or https://artda.timetap.com/ (ART test) to schedule your appointment slot
• Kindly key in “KLOOKSWAB” under Unique Business Code
• Present Klook voucher at selected DA Clinic as proof of payment

Home-Based Booking Procedure

• You will receive a Klook voucher after completing your transaction on Klook
• Head to the booking link in your Klook Voucher to schedule your appointment at least 4 days prior
• Please input your unique Promo Code at payment page e.g. KLKDA1XXX-XXXX
• Your appointment is only confirmed after a clinic assistant contacts you within 2 working days from the booking date on doctoranywhere website

Supervised Tele-ART booking Procedure

• Please check the available appointment slots from the DA app before purchase
• You will receive a Klook voucher after completing your transaction on Klook
• Please follow this user guide to make an appointment for your tele-ART session on the DA app
• Each test is conducted individually, with your own DA account
• At the payment page, click on "Got a Promo Code?' and key in your unique Promo Code located below the QR in your Klook voucher to waive the payment
• Please prepare 2x ART kits (Do not open your ART kits until you are instructed to do so), your IC or Passport and travel itinerary for your tele-ART session
