Q1) Will I receive any notice or reminder before the tour?
- One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.

- The tour will not be canceled due to the rainy weather.
Q4)Is there any chance of change in itinerary during the tour?
- Yes. Itinerary and pick-up/drop-off schedules are subjected to traffic and weather condition on-site.
Q5)Is it possible to bring our luggage bag?
- Please contact our customer service team regarding bringing your luggage, as it depends on the bus size for your tour day. We recommend contacting us after 10 AM KST, one day before your tour.
Q6)I would like to change the meeting point. How can I do that?
