Large and huge room with big bath tub. King size bed with a roll out extra bed for 3 of us. Room overseeing the sea and cable car. Nice night view too. Sofa and coffee table that allows for a small dinning area for the family to have dinner. Will come for staycation again if there’s another good promotion
Was very enjoyable and had a very good time with great value. Thanks very much for Klook and also was able to use the Singapore Rediscover Vouchers so very worth it.
The room is huge. Love it. Very comfortable. However, there’s no food service to room. Other than that, you can choose a slot for swimming pool. And can do so much in a huge room.
Room nicely decorated with Halloween theme. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in and Check out with machines which is very convenient, but complicated for new guest which need a little guidance. Need short distance shuttle to get out of hotel but the shuttle service is fast with regular 15 minutes interval. Happy with the stay and will come back again.
Amazing service and hospitality provided. The pool was fun and refreshing to play around in. Would definitely consider returning again.
Big and roomy! Loved the toilet decor as well. Only issue was the hotel was slightly out of the way. Had to take the buggy to the main RWS area.
Big room with great city view! Wished there were more counters to entertain check in rather than using self check in machines as either machine unable to detect IC or passport resulting more time needed to check in or increase risk of cross contamination since it’s high touch area and I did not see the staff sanitize the machines regularly. Free parking is also included.
My 2nd stay in this hotel. Room was great and spacious. Love the big bathtub and television in the bathroom. I would like to compliment Kelvin, the service staff at the kiosk and reception counter. Despite check in/out issues at the kiosk, Kelvin was very patient. He go the extra mile to ensure we board on the shuttle bus. We had the breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. Each person can only choose 1 set, additional order will be chargeable. They only serve 2 set for each room guest. Kids meal will be $14, luckily we have the meal credit to off-set. Overall Equarius is still the best RWS hotel in Sentosa.
Hotel is small but clean. I Iike is the room which is big & spacious. It has a balcony facing the sea. The Aircon is cold & make the room cozy. The hotel staff & the the distancing officers are courteous & polite. The hotel located quite faraway from the casino but it has free shuttle bus provided for the hotel guests. Overall I give a thumbs up 👍
This was incredible stay. The room was very lush and big. Did a 2 days staycations and loved every minute.
