Friendly staffs and fast check in, good location as well!
Great place for staycation near to Chinatown, Tanjong Pagar and Tiong Bahru. Spoilt for choices on cafe and restaurants nearby. 0 star for klook support though, even after following up, klook failed to provide a response before my trip.
Nice and comfortable rooms. Location is easily accessible as it is just on top of outram park mrt station. Walking distance to Chinatown and in the vicinity of a lot of cafes too. Bathroom wise is a little tad small to move around easily. One small issue encountered in one of my rooms is upon check in, there is a empty water bottle left inside the shower room and requested for more pillows, but it took them 2.5 hours and another follow up call to have someone finally come up to remove that bottle and send the pillows
Book this room for my friend birthday celebration. Received complimentary cake up one request. Due to the size of the room only 2 pax is permitted in the room. Which cause some inconvenience for us to decorate room. Overall hotel is highly accessible but need renovation on the exterior.
Friendly and helpful staff. Cosy room. Toilet and shower room is mildly squeezy for a preggy. Otherwise would say all is good👍🏻

no frills and customer service was almost non existence. overall not a bad experience. The mothers day deal was worthy though.
