Grand Park Orchard Staycation

Room was small but cosy. Bathtub was big enough and I appreciate the rain shower function. There was sadly not much view from the room. However, location wise it was pretty good as it was near to the shopping malls like Takashimaya. Overall, it was a pleasant staycation.

Wonderful experience. Staff were friendly. Gave me a complimentary birthday cake and late check out. It's location is right in the centre of orchard. Walkable distance to Ion and Somerset. Bathtub was good and the pool was enjoyable as well. Overall highly recommended to anyone looking for a short getaway!

Stayed in the Club Deluxe room on the 10th floor. Club benefits were great and service at the restaurant and bar was very good! Good variety for breakfast as well, would definitely love to visit again!

Nice and cozy place for staycation. Room pretty cold not sure if it’s due to the rain the whole day that day and the location of the room. Have access to the crystal club lounge and the whole package is inclusive of tea and cocktails there. We also had a good deal as it’s a Buy 1-night stay 2-nights deal. The only thing is that the breakfast is not buffet style and we could only order 1 set. For a person who has a heavy breakfast this isn’t ideal for me.

Book to celebrate for our anniversary, Would come back again if have chance. We reach earlier around 12noon and managed to check in immediately, received a box of chocolate after our arrival. Our package inclusive of Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour Drinks (free flow) and AlaCarte Breakfast Remember to book if u wish to swim and enjoy their gym facilities.

Booked for a one night stay at Grand Park @ Orchard. It was a smooth and quick check-in where we were served by the friendly Shirah. Our room was also spacious to accommodate to two/three people. I would rate the room 9.5/10. However, on the first day of our stay, our tv appeared faulty and we couldnt watch any channels, quite disappointing. However, in the morning of our check-out day, the tv worked, not sure why, so we managed to watch some tv shows for a short while :) The mini bar and fridge also appeared dusty and old, quite hesitant to place our drinks in there. The toilet was okay just that it was slightly small and the bathtub had a rusty stain but it really didnt affect our time in there. The swimming pool deserves a 5 star. We booked for the 9pm-10pm slot and there was no one swimming so the pool was all ours, we love it! Overall, would visit the hotel once again because it really offers a good deal!

stayed on 01 Apr for 1 night. the stay was awesome despite the many bad reviews that I read. our family of 5, 2A3C aged 15,12&11 booked 2 deluxe room via klook and requested via email before hand to have connecting rooms which we got it. Check in was smooth, I arrived in the morning to register and waited at the business center while working. so nice of them to let me use the business center to work. got the rooms at around 12 noon. Room was amazing! Good view, clean and the bathroom was our favourite! there's a bathtub, rainshower and also a normal shower head. The housekeeping staff came also immediately when I reached the room to open up the connecting door. I spotted that there was only 4 bath towels and ask for 1 more towel. To my surprise, she came back with a set of bath ropes , slippers, bath towel and a extra bottle of water too! Bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep. we went to the pool for 1 hour from 6-7pm and we had the pool to ourselves as no ppl was around. my kids love the pool. everything is accessible from this hotel, we walked to donki to have a late lunch after my kids arrived . walked to donki to have a late dinner. of cos there's a few misses here and there , but all minor points which we don't mind that much. firstly the socket point at the study table wasn't that user friendly, socket point are located in weird places so it was quite fun to treasure hunt them. Carpet feels a bit sticky when we go on barefoot but it's not a big issue, we wore their bedroom slippers provided. furniture a bit worn out but that's ok, we didn't set high expectations anyway. so all in all, I think it's a great place for staycation and please don't be too picky and I'm sure you will enjoy the place as much as we do. The staff and hotel are doing their best to bring an enjoyable staycation for us and we appreciate their efforts. Value for money as we only paid less than $100 for 2 rooms for 1 night. spent our money on good food around orchard area... PriVE paragon for breakfast just across the street instead of getting the hotel breakfast.

Spacious room with a bathtub and smart bathroom layout. Loved how the toilet and sink area never gets wet because of it. Booking of timings for the gym and pool was also easy through the online chat system that didn’t lag at all.

We enjoyed our staycation! e were given a free room upgrade to Crystal Club Premier room. This hotel is cheap and value for money, considering its right in the middle of Orchard Rd! 1 weekday night cost $150. After redeeming the SingapoRediscover voucher, it only cost $50! In addition, I had some credits on Klook from previous bookings, so I paid about $42! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and polite. Carpark is $20 per entry.
