Review for: Suzukake Queen Crab Hot Pot Course with Reservation

As someone who isn't too fond of shellfish, I really enjoyed my experience in this restaurant. If you're coming from the direction of Odori Park, this is quite a long walk, but it's easy enough to find. I think there's a nearby streetcar station. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant, very zen. I suggest getting there as early as opening time to get almost the whole place to yourself. 😄 Just present the voucher to the staff at the ground floor and they'll ask you to go up the 3rd floor where you'll dine. If you sit next to the windows, it's a pretty nice view. As for the food, everything tasted good. It starts with a crab salad and cold tofu. Then the crab hotpot comes. After, they turn the hotpot soup into delicious crab-flavored porridge - this has to be my fave course. Fruits for dessert after. All in all, the whole meal is very filling, the flavors are very light yet savory. Well worth the money. Oh, and they will give you a bill that you have to bring back down to the cashier. If you didn't order extra drinks (there's free water and tea), you won't have to pay anything. 🙂

Loved it! It really is worth the money as we looked at the menu walking in and it was about twice how much we paid. Don’t be mistaken, the store is the one right next to the large crab! Process was very easy, we walked in, gave them name it was reserved under and we were taken to the 2nd floor. The seating is on a traditional tatami mat and the ladies serving us had minimal English but were still able to explain what was being served. The food is actually quite filling! Once the nabe is done, they actually turn the soup base into something like a porridge. Was pleasantly surprised by it! There was also a small souvenir shop on the ground floor you could check out once dinner was done.

Make a reservation on KLOOK. After you arrive at the store, you only need to show QRCOD to the staff on the first floor to confirm. The staff asks us to take the elevator directly to the third floor of the Lanjiaodian. It is similar to a Japanese-style seat. It seems that I can only communicate in Japanese, but I have already made an appointment when I bought it. I do n’t have to worry about communication problems. The clerk and us started to serve after confirming. The ingredients are very fresh and recommended for those who want to try long crab dishes.

There are fewer people at noon on weekdays, and the crab meat is very fresh. First, come with three appetizers (cold konbu, raw crab meat, tofu), then crab meat hot pot, the soup is fresh and sweet, and the appetizer is the amount of half crab; eat in crab meat After that, the service staff poured rice, egg flowers, and spring onions, and then used the fire to collect the juice into porridge. The service staff were very professional. Although they were only in Japanese, they could communicate better than hand-painted feet. Locals also highly recommended this 唷!

Convenient to use, someone can just go to the counter to report and someone will introduce it. The meal size is just right for the girls, and the crabs are fresh and delicious. However, the boys with a large amount of food may feel a little less meat.
