See the best of Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef with this immersive four day tour. Your four day trip starts with a free day where you can spend the time checking in at your accommodation, and enjoying Cairns at your own time. On day 2, enjoy an excursion out to the Great Barrier Reef. Hop aboard a high speed catamaran and cruise to the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef. There, fall in love with the incredible underwater world filled with corals and tropical fish. You can head down to the underwater observatory and semi-submersible craft, or jump in the ocean and go snorkeling. Afterwards, enjoy a hot and cold buffet lunch before returning to Cairns early in the evening. The next day, spend the day at Kuranda Rainforest. Visit the fascinating Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, Australia’s largest indigenous cultural park set in the beautiful Kuranda Rainforest. Get a chance to discover this ancient culture through bush food lessons, didgeridoo demonstrations, movie theatres, fire making demonstrations and the famous Tjapukai Dance. Afterwards, head to the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for a scenic journey through the breathtaking World Heritage Site, Barron Gorge National Park. You can get off at two rainforest stations and enjoy a ranger guided boardwalk. When you reach Kuranda, enjoy some free time to explore the ‘village in the rainforest’ and its many attractions, including the Heritage Markets. After exploring, board the Kuranda Scenic Railway for a historic journey travelling through some of the oldest rainforest in the world. Pass through the spectacular Stoney Creek Falls, through man-made tunnels, across bridges and around curves to arrive at its final destination, Freshwater Station. Afterwards, head back to your Cairns accommodation and enjoy the rest of the time to explore at your own leisure. The next day, pack up and when you're ready to head back to the airport, hop in the convenient airport transfers provided for you!
