Marina Bay Sands Staycation (Exclusive)

The room was nice and good. The view from the room was fantastic as we can see the garden by the bay. Free visit to the infinity swimming pool and observation deck.

Top notch hotel with impeccable service and astounding view. Check-in was a breeze as you’re able to pre-book your time slot and get updates on your queue via SMS. Front desk staff were really warm, welcoming and ready to answer all queries. They even noticed that it’s my birthday month and wished me happy birthday and arranged for birthday cake slices (two huge slices of choc cake with candles and matchsticks!) to be sent up to my room! How attentive! We got a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe harbour view room on higher floor with bathtub! There’s even a tiny balcony which was amazing for photo taking (view is GBTB and harbour). Infinity pool was amazing, I love that the staff are so helpful and friendly, always making sure you get your towels, juices and even ice cream etc. The crowd control makes the pool less crowded which was great. Jacuzzi (with a view) was so awesome too. Gym was really big with all the essential equipment (cables, smith machine, treadmills, cycling, free weights area). Provided with towel and a bottle of water when you enter. Breakfast was fantastic, had mine at Rise (buffet style) instead of Spago (set menu) and the selection was so good! From yogurts, cereals, cold soba, congee, nasi lemak, English breakfast, eggs station, laksa, assortment of breads and fruits. Would love to try Spago next time though! You get unlimited access to Skydeck observation during your hotel stay but it may close during bad weather. Infinity pool is limited to 1 hour 15 mins per day per stay, and gym 1 hour. +ve: everything is digital, even your guest service (you can request for toiletries, ice buckets etc online), you can prebook all your gym and infinity pool slots beforehand, multiple options for breakfast (Rise, Spago or in-room), able to AirPlay or chromecast Netflix and YouTube from your phone! HDMI cable, huge hair dryer, extra pillow and blanket, Nescafé machine, complimentary mini bar available in room. Express checkout available. -ve: erm none?

It's our first time checking in at this hotel.We were surprise by the anniv cake.Staff are thoughtful and friendly.Staff are accommodating and approachable.We were check on at 30th floor however,we complaint about the cigarette smoke going into our room.Front desk were able to ttansfer us to the 35th floor.We don't need to transfer floors going to the level 57.Housekeeping replenish the toiletries and change the towels on schedule.Really worth spending the money and spending our anniversary.Unforgettable experience indeed and we'll be back again!:)

Had an amazing stay at Marina Bay Sands! Got a complimentary upgrade to a better room on a higher floor by Mark when we checked in :) Breakfast at Spago was great! Generous servings and free flow drinks. Would highly recommend a stay at MBS to anyone!

Had an early check in at 9am, was served by Mark, who was really friendly and helpful! Mark gave us a complimentary upgrade to a premier king room on level 42 with bathtub, although our booking was for a deluxe twin bed at levels 10-39. Upon check in, there was no tissue in the tissue box, but after providing feedback, housekeeping gave us 3 boxes on the 2nd day 😂. Booking with Klook was a breeze, altho’ it does not qualify you for MBS prestige points. Pool slots are very popular, so make sure you book your slot 24 hours in advance. In-room beverages were all complimentary. Will definitely return when I feel rich enough 😆 !

Enjoyed our 2-night stay at Marina Bay Sands. Was lucky to get a high floor and spacious room with such amazing city view. Went swimming at the Infinity Pool and shopping at Marina Bay Shoppes. Thank you MBS and Klook. Will definitely return.

Had a scare when trying to book the pool slots as the hotel informed us that only 1 room was booked when we purchased two vouchers. Thanks to klook and MBS for sorting this out hours prior to start of our staycation. It’s really a good experience to stay in one of the destination landmark. Pool was easy to book too. Tried both breakfast places. Spago’s (pancake) selection was much better and food tasted nicer. Rise (egg / hashbrown) on the hand had better seating. The $100 credit was spent at yardbird who’s chicken was really nice. Overall, a relaxing and happy trip.

My family had a fabulous and relaxing time at MBS. Service from the hotel is great and we will surely return for another stay. We also dined at Spago, Rise as well as Bread Street Kitchen. All great... The only set back was Klook sent my last name wrongly and Hotel said they were unable to edit or change and I had to 'live' with the wrong last name throughout the period of my staycation.

The staff at the front desk named Hill was very nice as she proceed to carry on our early check-in and able to fulfil our request on upgrade to premier room after constantly checking the hotel status for us. Daily breakfast in RISE and in-room dining was very nice. And also we were quite lucky on the selection timing of the usage of infinity pool and remember to pre book the infinity pool timing as it was very competitive. Yardbird was super nice !!! Overall nice stay in MBS.
