Grand Hyatt Singapore Staycation (Exclusive)

Hotel was conveniently located in heart of Orchard, within a short walking distance to Orchard shopping belt, Takashimaya, Paragon and Somerset. Room was clean and modern. Only that the swimming pool was closed for renovation. Reception staff was friendly and gave cookies as welcome pack. Wonderful stay.

Hyatt ‘s rooms are huge! we got a connecting room which was even bigger. Room is equipped with bathtub, bed is a King sized bed, TV comes with HDMI port. Overall a pleasant stay

we stayed there last year just as they were doing renovation tower by tower and got to eat at the Straits before it closes for renovation then too. Like the staff at breakfast. Room was big with different section so guests can have own me time if necessary. Interior wise is just a hotel room so there wasn't too much of a wow factor but we enjoyed ourselves afterall. thank you!

We spent 2D 1N here using the SG Voucher and I must say that everything was superb! The location of the hotel is along Orchard road district so it's very close to whichever malls you want to go to. The check in time took a long time despite us arriving 2 hrs after the time stated due to the overwhelming check in of people using the SG Voucher. However, they were kind enough to allow us for a late check out the next day. The room was spacious for a deluxe. Consist of a living room and a room itself. The breakfast at Straits kitchen was delicious! ALOT of varieties and best part is it's halal! Can consider coming back again one day.

best experience ever to stay at Grand Hyatt Singapore. high quality room with big bathtub and vanity area. very high quality service. the front desk staff is helpful even though its a long queue. the room is very spatial, wonderful, clean and great for celebration for my birthday even i got a cake. thanks

Grand Hyatt Room is very clean. They have such a big living room and a total of 2 televisions. Bath tub and shower amenities are fantastic. Hotel service is excellent. It truly is a 5-stars hotel. We will definitely be coming back again in the future. Keep up the good work!

Checking in was a breeze with klook! Easy for everyone to use. No hassle searching through email for reservations and such. Room was spacious and big enough for a large family to hold events. Swimming pool was far away and that was the only con for this whole experience. All in all we enjoyed our time and we would recommend Klook to everyone! Thank you klook for the discounts!

This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. High quality rooms (big bathtub and great vanity area), and high quality service. Overall, I had a great experience with the Grand Hyatt, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The front desk staff was also extremely efficient and helpful and informed us about our grab food order so we could collect it. The room was spacial, wonderful, clean, and perfect for celebration. It was a super pleasant experience and i would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a luxurious room in town for a staycation!

The room is huge! My bf smokes so we got a smoking floor, ashtray and match stick is provided. Bed is comfy, blanket is thick and aircon is powerful. Love the separate living area and bed room. Balcony is large but we got a room near the walkway, just make sure your curtains are closed. Toilet is massive with a separate place for doing your business and bathing. Tub is deep and spacious. Water pressure is good. 2nd time here and will definitely come back again!
