Taitung: Jiaming Lake 3 or 4-Day Hiking Experience

Joined the tour during Lunar New Year and was lucky to get spots at both Xiangyang Mt. Hut and Jiaming Lake Mt. Hut. Honestly, this was the best trip of my life, being surrounded by nature and enjoying those incredible mountain views was unforgettable.

Jiaming Lake has always been on my life's must-do list. This time, I was fortunate to join the "Mountain Forest Secret Realm" tour, where leader Cheng-Feng guided us daily through challenging terrain to each scenic spot. Everyone got along well, and with the beautiful scenery and laughter, it was truly a worthwhile trip. Highly recommended.

The 4-day, 3-night trip was quite pleasant. The mountain lodge meals were delicious, the group members were friendly and loving, and our guide, Chuan Ge, was fantastic. Jiaming Lake is so beautiful, so beautiful, so beautiful!

The weather is bad, a white wall, heavy rain after strong wind and very cold, the climate on the mountain is difficult to predict, even if the sky is full of stars in the early morning, the weather may change color after climbing up, but you can still see Jiaming Lake, which is finally exposed, even if It's all fog, and you can still witness the color of the lake near the lake. Originally, I expected that the weather would change the next day, but the weather was generally not bad, the customer service responded immediately, the food at the mountain house was excellent, and the shuttle bus driver was also very good. The team leader is good and will encourage and care for everyone along the way, but one walks too fast, the other is at the bottom, the front is too fast and the back is too slow, so as long as you don’t keep up with the front, you often walk in the middle alone, and you may not be able to see when you turn a corner at night When it comes to the lights in front, there is no one on the whole road. Sometimes I doubt whether I am going the right way. It is not bad to walk alone, but this is the first time I have encountered such a way of leading a team. Due to weather factors, almost all of them were on their way. There was no such thing as lunch time. The temperature was too low to rest for too long. Those who arrived first waited to come later, and when the latter arrived at the front, they had to continue walking. No one wants to take pictures when the heavy rain falls, and there is no way to go to the black pond at the Baiyue triangle point, and I can’t introduce them one by one. It’s a pity

It was my first time to stay in a mountain house in Taiwan. Due to the weather (it was expected to rain all day in the last two days), the guide flexibly changed the itinerary from 4 days and 3 nights to 3 days and 2 nights. I did not climb Sancha Mountain and Xiangyang Mountain, but saw It is a rare experience to experience the super beautiful Jiaming Lake, the sunrise and the sea of clouds.

I participated in Jiaming Lake on 2022/8/14-17. Although I usually have the habit of exercising, I am still very unfamiliar with mountain climbing. Fortunately, this time I chose a four-day itinerary to walk slowly, and I was led by a very professional guide (Little Frog). Along the way, I was constantly reminded of the precautions and related mountaineering knowledge. Although I had a slight altitude sickness reaction, I finally fulfilled my wish to see Jiaming Lake with my own eyes.

I just ran into a strong air-conditioning group. I was lucky enough to encounter a rare heavy snow on the mountain. The snow-white mountain top was beautiful and the food was delicious. I thought I would not eat enough but I brought the instant noodles on the stove and wanted to open the fire on my own. It’s all you can eat. Arranging an experienced leader to make everyone feel at ease. I picked up angel’s tears and two Baiyues once. The sunrise on Xiangyang Mountain is amazing, and the magnificent sea of clouds is really beautiful. This trip is not unforgettable and touching. .

I participated in the 3-day, 2-night tour. Guide Liu Fucheng was very good. He would handle problems in a timely manner and pay close attention to the team members' altitude sickness and provide assistance. Although it would be very strenuous if you don't do physical training beforehand, the guide is very nice. He will not force the team members to complete the entire itinerary, and will do his best to help the team members solve problems. He is really very responsible. In addition, the food in the hut is pretty good but there are few choices. Also, you cannot use the water in the Jiaming Lake Hut to brush your teeth and wash your hands. If you want to maintain a certain quality of life, you can choose to bring your own water, but the weight of your backpack will increase a little.

The team leader is very professional and provides good service. If it rains on the first day, he will also care about the physical condition and needs of the team members👍👍👍
