  • You must allow at least 1 hour between time of booking and pick up time
  • A minimum rental period of 3 days is required.
  • If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
  • You will be charged for all days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • Pick up and drop off location: Hong Kong International Airport Service Counter: Counter A16, Terminal 1 Arrival Hall (24/7 service)

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay the HKD1000 deposit by credit card
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!
  • Midnight flight customers can pick up one day ahead after 8:00pm. If you pick up after 8:00pm, you won't need to pay for extra rent. If you pick up before 8:00pm, you will be charged for the original rental fee of extra days and administrative fee $200

Return Process:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay for any extra days used
  • If everything is in order, you'll be refunded the full HKD1000 deposit
  • WifiBB will charge the rental fee of extra days in original price if it is returned after 11:59pm on the returned date

    I think the company is too popular, there are 6 wifi egg store among the pick up area and this one has the longest queue. Took me 15mins to queue and get the device. The internet speed is alright. The wifi device is ZIMI, power last for a day and it can charge my own device. Price is very attractive.

    We can pick up the portable WiFi in the airport and it is very convenient. It can allow many people to use WiFi at the same time so it is good for trip with friends and family.
