I took a day trip from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai, leaving at 7 AM with a punctual driver. Along the way, we made a quick stop for coffee, bread, and a visit to the local geysers. This service is fully customizable—you can choose your destinations, but it only includes a car and driver, not a tour guide. I specifically booked it to visit Doy Din Dang Pottery in Chiang Rai and added other stops, like the Long Neck Village and the White Temple, to make the most of my trip. For lunch, the driver took me to a nice restaurant, but if you prefer a more local experience, he definitely knows the best spots. We left Chiang Rai around 2pm and arrived back in Chiangmai around 5pm.
really enjoyed our trip. very proactive driver. can help us all provide an explanation regarding the tourist spots we are going to. really extraordinary service and a very pleasant trip. even though I can't speak English well and neither can the driver, but the driver is trying to understand my intentions and goals. I really appreciate the good attitude 🙏🙏 the vehicle facilities are very cool and comfortable. maybe I want to give an opinion regarding the time to rent a vehicle so that an extension can be given in the application. so that the trip can be maximized. Located 3 hours north of Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai was originally an unknown town. Buddhist artists built temples in three colors here, the white temple, the blue temple, and the black house, making this place in the Golden Triangle. The nearby town became famous overnight.
The driver was very punctual and had arrived at the hotel waiting a long time before the appointment! Xu Zairan does not understand Chinese, but can communicate in simple English. Very polite. And he would help me take photos from time to time...
It's been a pleasant trip with Miss Kritsana. 3 days 2 night in Chiang Rai is just nice for my 2 senior. Kritsana is friendly, patient and caring. She can speak simple English, and will try to translate using the app if she don't know. She took a lot of nice photo of us. She brought us to explore more than the itineraries since we got plenty of time in Chiang Rai.
