She provides a lot of information and stories on the way to the places we are going to visit, it makes our journey fun and meaningful. She also helped us to take family photo and gave some local tips and recommendations for us. Scenary in Jesu is fantastic. Hope to visit again.

When we disembarked from the cruise, I overslept and was very late 🤣, but the driver waited patiently. And there's no need to worry about not having Wi-Fi on the ship; as soon as the cruise docks at Jeju Port, even if you're still on the ship, if you have a Korean Wi-Fi card, you'll already receive messages and can contact the driver. Overall, the driver was very friendly, and the car was spacious and comfortable. You can visit places you want to see, or if you don't have any ideas, you can ask the driver for recommendations. They will drop you back off at the cruise ship on time. Reliable 👍🏻

it was such a wonderful experience. andrew our driver/guide was so accomodating and was on time. The car was very comfortable to ride and it has a charging port as well. We were also able to change our itinerary since we wanted to see the Cherry Blossoms and try the Samgyupsal. We also came back to the port with enough time. It was an excellent experience overall.

thirty minutes before my cruise was to depart for JeJu I was disappointed to learn that my cruise tour for the next day was cancelled and rebooked to a very short one I didn’t want to go to ( to a museum). Very last minute I booked this Klook tour. I was greeted right off the ship by I Love Korea private tour. what a great time. I got to pick the sites I wanted to see. My tour guide was awesome and spoke English. We saw the k-drama sites that I wanted to see that my cruise ship did not offer plus many of the same sites that the cruise ship was only offering 1or 2 of them while I saw much more.

During my trip to Jeju Island, I was fortunate to meet a tour guide named Seo Hyun, whose service made my trip a lot more colorful. Not only does she have a deep understanding of the history and culture of Jeju Island, but she can also introduce it to us in a vivid and interesting way, which makes us have a deeper understanding and affection for Jeju Island. Her knowledge is impressive. Whether it is about the natural scenery of Jeju Island or the local folk customs, she can tell us in a leisurely manner, making us feel as if we have traveled through time and space and experienced a piece of history in person. Her explanation is not only accurate, but also infectious, making us curious and interested in every corner of Jeju Island. In addition, her enthusiasm and patience are also what I want to praise. No matter how trivial our questions are, she always patiently answers them to ensure that we have a full understanding of each attraction. Her service attitude makes people feel warm, as kind as an old friend. Moreover, the chartered car service she arranged for us is also very thoughtful. The large black business car, the vehicle is spacious and comfortable, providing us with a good travel environment. The driving skills are also very stable, which makes us feel at ease during the journey. In short, this trip to Jeju Island has become more memorable and enjoyable because of such an excellent tour guide. I highly recommend choosing this tour to get to know Jeju Island.

Our cruise had a change in plan and we arrived one day later, but the tour organizer were very helpful and changed our plan to one day later with a great and fast communication.
