Selected delivery date to be 23 September and was told that delivery will be made between 10am-6pm of the date selected. My mooncakes are still not here with no updates about when it will arrive. No means to contact the seller as no contact number provided, and also sadly no hotline or live chat to contact klook, had to submit an online enquiry form instead which takes a few hours to get a reply. Very disappointed, feel like i've been scammed. Was planning to give the mooncakes as a gift yesterday.
