Eligibility

• Children aged 14+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-6 enter for free. Please collect a free ticket with their certificate document at the ticket counter, 2F, Shekou Cruise Center

Booking Requirement

• All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

• This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• Please make sure the provided ID type&number is consist with the original copy, otherwise it may cause failture to ferry-boarding or border-crossing
• Ticket check counter is closed at 5 mintues prior to the depature time. Travellers are advised to be arrived at least 30 mintues earlier. Please reserve enough time to get your ticket and get ready to board during public holidays
• Passengers must present their original valid ID document and follow the on-site instruction. Otherwise, the port has the right to reject boarding
• Each passenger can carry free luggage with a total weight of 20 kg (half for free children) and a total volume of 0.3 cubic meters. Each piece of carry-on luggage must not exceed 20 kg in weight, 0.2 cubic meters in volume, and 1.5 meters in length (2 meters for pole-shaped items). The excess will be charged as excess baggage. Charges for overweight luggage: CNY 20 for every 5 kg of excess weight. CNY20 per 01 cubic meters for excess volume

• Bus ticket is for one-time use only. Round-trip ticket can be collected from the ferry crew after boarding
• Bus route from Hengqing Wharf, Chimelong Penguin Hotel→Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel→Chimelong Ocean Kingdom; Bus route to Hengqing Wharf: Chimelong Ocean Kingdom→Chimelong Penguin Hotel→Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel→Hengqing Wharf; Waiting time: 1-2 mintues each stop
• Pick-up and Drop-off location: fromt gate at Chimelong Penguin Hotel &Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel, Parking slot 1 at Chimelong Ocean Kingdom
