Scooter Rental in Nha Trang

I booked this scooter rental two days in advance, providing all the details for delivery to my hotel. However, the owner was a no-show at the appointed time. After asking the hotel receptionist to call them, it seemed they were only then made aware of my booking and promised to deliver the scooter within 20 minutes. They required a passport as a deposit, or alternatively, 2 million VND in cash. As we didn’t have that amount of cash, we were forced to hand over the passport. Klook stated that the delivery and return window was between 6:30am and 9:30pm. This was not true. The owner attempted to force us to return the scooter at a time that suited him, threatening to keep the passport if we didn’t comply. We explained that we had an early morning flight the next day and would return the scooter by 9:30pm to get our passport back. At 9pm, he claimed his shop was “closed” and that he “can’t wait for you,” refusing to return the passport. He ignored my calls and told us to collect it the next morning, just before our flight. In the end, we had to deliver the scooter back to his shop and pay extra for a taxi back to our hotel. You end up paying extra for nothing. Inconsiderate and irresponsible owner! I do not recommend booking here. Walking around the streets of Nha Trang to find a scooter rental might get you a better deal and far better customer service.

It was my first time renting a scooter, but it was so good. They even brought it to my hotel and picked it up. It was great. ㅋ 6,500 won for 24 hours, and it was great to fill up the tank with gas for 60,000 dong for two days. Even if you ride it all day, there were still 2 spaces left~~ I didn't need to call a taxi, and I could just go wherever I saw on the scooter. It was too hot to walk, but it was cool to ride a motorcycle. The exhaust was a bit bad, but it should be okay if you wear a mask. Next time I go to Vietnam, I want to rent from Klook again.

do not rent a scooter with them. they want you to give your passport as security to the local operator during your rental. they confirmed they would also accept a money deposit but the local operator doesn’t have a device to process it. I had to walk away from the rental and Klook did not refund me.

Good service, punctual, fair price, new car, fuel efficient.

very ok, enthusiastic owner, have rented three times without any complaints

The staff delivered the motorcycle to the hotel, and they also came to the hotel to retrieve the motorcycle when returning it, which was very convenient. Gasoline⛽️It is better to only add the amount you need. Overall, it was a good experience.

ok car, fuel efficient for the yamaha nvx, ok Tuan

The car is ok, Mr. Tuan is enthusiastic, the NVX car is fuel efficient, ok

The support center is very responsive, but the looseness of the local agents is annoying. Vietnamese people have no concept of keeping to time, and unless they understand that travelers make schedules and act accordingly, they will remain a developing country.

Although it didn't arrive at the scheduled time, it was good to have a motorbike when traveling. I will use it again soon.
