Tran is most popular specialty restaurant in Da Nang that serving very famous local cuisine from Da Nang: Banh Trang Thit Heo (Sliced Pork Rolled With Rice Paper) serving with very Mam Nem (Special Fish Sauce). the price is not comparable to the ingredients. If in Indonesia, no one would buy it because it is mostly raw vegetables, in Indonesia it is called risol/croquette, the vegetables are delicious and cooked. In Vietnam, there are too many raw vegetables, too little meat. It is better if the vegetables are not cooked too much, use meat, carrots like risol in Indonesia. The kwetiau soup is delicious but the sauce is probably a little. The rice cakes and chili sauce are delicious.
