This was an amazing experience. Our guide “Nut” was one of a kind knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. The hike to the temple is hard going, but well worth it. Note: wear hiking shoes for this!

What To Expect

Experience Thailand's greener side with this fun-filled one day tour of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park Tour, the first marine national park of Thailand. With its name translating to "the mountain with three hundred peaks" in English, this is simply one of the best places to visit in Thailand for all nature lovers! Choose between getting picked up (for an extra fee) at your hotel or meeting up with the tour group at Hua Hin Clock Tower, then head off toward your first stop of the day, Rajabhakti Park. Marvel at the impressive sight of the massive bronze statues of Thailand's former kings, before you depart for the Sam Roi Yot District. Observe the day-to-day lives of the locals with a visit to Bang-Pu Fishing Village, a small village with a gorgeous and serene beach. Take a quick break for lunch and savor an authentic Thai meal at a local restaurant, then proceed to Phraya Nakhon Cave inside the park, where you'll get to see the hidden temple inside and check out its royal pavilion and huge chambers! Stop by the sightseeing visitor center – and drop by the mangrove forest and Dusky Monkey! Finally, your last stop for the day: Khlong Khao Daeng. Enjoy a scenic boat ride along the stream and take in the picturesque view of the peaceful mountains, before you get dropped off back at Hua Hin.

Guide was inexperience, she have never been to any of the places on the itinerary. while we had been informed that one of the mangrove on the itinerary was closed, the guide still brought us there and ended up having to detour. The driver got lost once and the tour could have been shorter if there was better planning.

Really enjoyable day out, our guide 'Chive' looked after us throughout the day and tailored the trip to suit our needs. It's a moderate trek up the hillside (40 mins) and another (10 mins) down into the cave system, although this allowed for plenty of rest stops on route. Definitely worth the effort as the pavilion looked magnificent bathed in sunshine. Would recommend to fellow travellers, although good shoes are advisable.
This tour was organized and convenient for us. The car driver was very careful so that to take the soft drive over the speed bump, thanks for that. The tour guide was nice and caring, he encouraged us to clim up the mountain which is not easy journey. Thanks.

    Everything is good!!!

We booked the tour for 2 people, and it ended up as a private tour :) Our tour guide Noi is professional and caring. He managed it perfectly so that we manage to see the hidden temple with the sunshine over it, which only lasts for 10mins. He also took good care of us when we did the hiking. Very good experience overall.

The trip was awesome!khao sam roi yat was really beautiful, defintely an eye opener. Arm, our tour guide and driver were very nice and friendly too. Especially Arm, he is very informative and patient with us. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks!

Awesome trip! The guides are very clear and enthusiastic to assist with all kinds of things. It is recommended to bring your own raincoat. Hua Hin often rains at this time, and the mud roads in many places are not good. It takes nearly 1.5 hours to climb the mountain in the rain, but the physical strength is good, but the Phraya Nakhon Cave is very worth a visit!
