- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged

Usage reminder
- The speed of your connection is dependent on your reception
- Unlimited daily data traffic, high-speed traffic is reduced after 5GB, and you can continue to use the Internet without interruption. Taiwan time at 0:00 AM the traffic will reset, and a new day of 5GB high-speed traffic will be recalculated.
- For any additional days of use, please notify customer service for assistance before the end of your trip. The renewal fee will be charged at the daily rental rate.
- If the device is not returned by the return date, a late fee will be charged starting from the next day (calculated by multiplying the original price on the official website by the number of days delayed). According to our company's regulations, if the user holds our company's equipment, it will be charged at the daily rental rate.
- Once the equipment is collected, it will be charged on a daily basis regardless of whether it is used or not.

Pick-up information
- Please present the JetFi pick-up voucher QR code when collecting the equipment.
- Airport pickup: Please go to the designated counter to pick up your device on the day of your departure.
- In-store pickup: Please pick up the device at the store one day before your departure date.
Drop-off/return Information
- For any additional days of use, please notify customer service for assistance before the end of your trip. The renewal fee will be charged at the daily rental rate.
- Airport return: Please go to the designated counter to return the item on the day you return to your country.
- Return to store: Please go to the store the day after your return to your home country to return the item.

- External damage, cracks, or severe scratches on the mirror of the device: TWD 3,980
Cancellation policy
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
- If the order is canceled on the day of departure, a manual processing fee of NT$200 will be charged per instance.
- Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
