  • The following countries have first 3GB at 4G Speed. From 3GB - 4GB, it is at 1mbps. From 4GB - 5GB, it is at 512kbps. The speed is then at 256kbps for usage over 5GB.
  • Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia
  • The following countries have first 2GB at 4G Speed. From 2GB - 3GB, it is at 1mbps. From 3GB - 4GB, it is at 512kbps. The speed is then at 256kbps for usage over 4GB.

  • The remaining countries have first 500MB at 4GB Speed then throttled at 256kbps.

Activation procedure

  • Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 60 seconds to search for a network
  • Step 2: After the device is connected, data usage and country name will be shown on the screen
  • Step 3: Press the power button once to display the SSID and password

  • A prepaid envelope with written return address will be provided when you pick up the device

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 10 day(s) before the selected activity date
  • 80% refund within 10 days before a voucher is redeemed, plus AUD 30 if the pocket wifi has been posted
