Cancelation Policy
  • Once confirmed, no cancelations, refunds, or changes may be made
  • Airport counter will be closed when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund.

    despite a limited usage of internet, this time the credits were used up quite rapidly to my surprise, within 3 days of usage... i had to buy a new sim card during my stay in France and spent another 50Euros on top.

    The network wasn't really stable. Couldn't use the card at all in Monaco. Had to reboot the phone again and again for the card to work in Nice. Service seems more stable in Paris and Marseille. Network was just 3G.

    A little slow and no signal when you are in countryside. Overall is fine for searching map, whatsapp etc.

    Claiming the sim card was easy - it was easy to spot the counter to claim, and you just had to present the voucher on your phone, no need to print. Sim card load and allowance could be checked online as well, once you’ve registered the sim on your phone. We used this sim on an android phone and had no issues with tethering or data allowance. Speedwise within Europe, it ranged from 5mbps to 20mbps, suitable enough for instagram, maps, web browsing, but not always super fast. Sometimes the signal drops or is lost but it will come back again after a few mins. Outside Europe region the speed is terrible, but then again the sim plan is just for EU region and for this purpose it’s okay. The 5gb allowance should be enough for a 3 week stay. We also didn’t use up the text and call allowance (which could be used for all EU numbers). I found the sim card good value for money.

    Didnt work when I put the dim card in, then I needed to buy an Orange expensive 40 EU SIM card at the airport. How can I return and refund ?
