  • Select 'Store'
Cancelation Policy
  • Once confirmed, no cancelations, refunds, or changes may be made
  • Airport counter will be closed when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund.

    overall is great except no signal at some countries, we been driving in Germany from Frankfurt, Weimar, Prague, Berlin to Amsterdam, then along Rhein to Bavaria

    Very useful, easy to pick up at the airport. It can be recharged in the future. However, the network connection is not so great. It can be used in UK and believably EU. So it's very money-wise!!!!!

    We got to Hong Kong airport on our way to Europe,went to your counter only to be told the sim card ONLY works as a phone in the UK, not anywhere in Europe, but the data works in most of the European countries. Mike on the counter tried to get the sim card to work on our phone, he spent about 15 minutes trying to setup for us, just didn't work - no signal. Mike said he sent a message to Klook to inform you the sim doesn't work and told me to call 3462 6208 (your HK hotline). Lalaine from Klook custom service answered the call, we told her our problem and asked for a refund. Mike has the sim card still. Can we please get a refund! Lalaine informed us that we would get an email from you about a refund as she was not authorised to process a refund. We look forward to get our money back. Regards, Eva Knight.
