Cozy Bay Classic 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

It was a nice and relaxing experience with only a few minor drawbacks. The air-conditioned room at the pickup point was a huge relief from the scorching sun. While the classic cruise had some minor wear and tear, our room was comfortable with great views of Hạ Long Bay. The schedule was neatly arranged but could be improved, especially since we had a lot of free time after the first day's dinner (squid fishing was cancelled due to off-season). We suggest the company organize some icebreaker events to help the guests connect, as we all came from different backgrounds. Kayaking and Sung Sot Cave were amazing and wondrous highlights! The staff was incredibly friendly—the captain even showed us his cabin and explained the devices when we asked. Our guide, Nghiệp (aka Job haha), boosted team spirit with his youthful energy and attentiveness. We had a delicious dinner with some nice surprises. Great value and highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

it was an amazing cruise. my first time visiting Ha Long bay. And our guide, Mr Bang was so friendly and helpful, as well as being very funny too when he makes jokes in very good english. As well as the rest of the crew were super friendly and really fun to chat with. I would definitely recommend this to any first time visitors to Ha Long bay.

booked the cozy cruise but ended up getting upgraded to starlight, a 4 star cruise and everything was delightful! all the crew member from dining, housekeeping, boat guys and our tour guide, Alex, has been so helpful and friendly. The beauty of ha long bay is amazing but the experience of staying at the cruise made it extra amazing. kudos!! Highly recommend Starlight to everyone!

Everything was perfect! Our tour guide and the cruise staff were excellent & the bus ride was comfortable 👌🏼 The food served in the cruise was amazing and our tour guide Tom helped us book bus to Ninh Binh after the tour as we were not going back to Hanoi. Highly recommend this cruise for anyone who wants to spend 1 Night in Ha long Bay.

Ha Long Bay is a must visit when in Vietnam. We enjoyed the spectacular scenery and activities. This isn't the most luxury cruise option available, but for what you pay it's probably about right. Guide was informative and explained everything well, so the trip ran smoothly.

Sugar was very accommodating and a very fun tour guide. We were picked up at the hotel where we stayed and dropped off at the nearest drop-off point to the airport. The food was sumptuous, and they gave me substitute dishes for all the shell foods they serve since I am allergic to shellfish. All the crews and stuff wefe very helpful. We had a lot of activities and there was no downtime. The scenery of Ha Long Bay is amazing, and the sunset took my breath away. Overall, it was such a great experience and very educational, too. Thanks to Cozy Bay Cruise, Sugar, and all the crew for the wonderful experience.

The cruise was nice and cozy. we were like 25 to 23 people on that cruise. I really liked the itenerary was organized. Me and my wife are vegetarian and the crew really took great efforts in providing us a vegetarian meal. not us they were creating customised requests for every one. they were asking everyons preference. I had an amazing experience! Every moment of the two-day trip was perfect. Our group was small (just 20 members), which made it easy to bond and make new friends while kayaking and exploring caves. Bang was a fantastic guide—funny, attentive, and very thoughtful toward everyone. Plus, the cabin was spotless and cozy. If you’re planning a trip to Halong Bay, don’t miss out on this tour!

It was a blast cruising with Cozy, with good food onboard, fun entertainment, and well-planned and well-spaced out timing of activities that made the whole tour very pleasant. Never a dull moment, but do make sure that you bring your own shampoo, body wash and importantly insect repellent. Check your room’s cleanliness too as that was our biggest concern.
