Wow! This was an amazing tour and fun activity. The tour guide was so nice and helped carry my stuff as we were hiking. The waterfall is amazing and is men’s peak has amazing pictures you can take. This is a full day trip so be prepared!
The experience was overall good. The driver and the various tour guides were very accommodating and helpful. Only thing that keeps me from rating five stars is that they didn’t really set aside time for lunch. We had snacks and used up time away from the waterfalls in order to get a meal. I just wish it would have been communicated better what was the designated time for eating a meal.
Having a private driver really helped as the journey from our accommodation was far from the sights, so we could rest on the journey comfortably. Everything was extremely seamless as well.
The driver fetched us on time (7am).. he asked where we wanted to start first we said the peak. Hiked up for 10min the tour guide was carrying our stuff as we went up. They sell water on the way up for 25Pesos for a small bottle. He took beautiful pictures of us and showed us where to sit for the best views. The same driver was waiting for us, so you can leave your belongings in the car. He took us to the kawasan area where we met our other Tour guide who also took photos of us while swimming in the waterfall. Life jackets are provided as you cannot go in without one. The water was crystal blue almost looks like a pool.. then we had lunch there for 200pesos each. Then went home . You spend about 7 hours on the road From Our place to The peak: 3 hours Peak to the waterfall: 1 hour Waterfall to our place: 3 hours
We had Jason as our driver, Roel as our guide for Kawasan Falls and Anne as our guide for Osmena Peak. First things first, Osmena is challenging, the rocks are slippery and it is steep. But our guides and driver are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure we have a good time. We had to pay for overtime but it’s PH400 an hour.

The whole activity was so perfectly planned. The driver reached out hotel well before time for pick up, and he was very well informed and mannered. Both the activities were guided by trained professionals who kept our safety in mind first. The guides are very good at taking pictures too.

The guides for both Kawasan Waterfalls & Osmena Peak had went the extra mile with their services. They were good with photo taking and ensured my friend and I were well taken care of so we had a really great time. The peak was an easy trek, suitable for beginners and the view was fantastic! Lunch was not included, so interested participants might wanna lunch by the waterfall or pack some lunch on your own. I will strongly recommend going to the waterfall first (to avoid afternoon crowd) then to the peak.
The driver is familiar with the road conditions, although it is fast but safe, not rushing or urging, the service is good 1. The shuttle is on time, proactively explains the route plan, and solicits the opinions of the guests. 2. If there is a traffic jam, take a small road to avoid multiple sections. 3. When encountering a speed bump, it will not make passengers uncomfortable. 4. There is less interaction, perhaps because we are worried that we have a poor language for foreigners. 5. I was a bit hungry because I didn't schedule lunch time due to the schedule.
